The Blueway Sports & Cultural Center Swimming Pool Project is located at No. 139 Tianfang Road, Tianliao Community, Yutang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen. The project covers a site area of approximately 16,000 m², with a total construction area of about 54,000 m² and a total investment of nearly RMB 500 million.
The architectural design was selected as one of the “Top Ten High-Appearance Design Projects of Guangming District in 2022.” The building adopts a green and low-carbon concept, integrating advanced energy-saving systems such as Heat Pump solutions, high-efficiency Air Conditioner systems, and various Other Electrical Appliances to ensure stable operation, energy efficiency, and indoor comfort for large public facilities.
In terms of architectural expression, the project combines U-shaped glass, cyan glass bricks, and fair-faced concrete with innovative construction techniques, creating a space that reflects both modern aesthetics and cultural memory.
